Barco and VI-grade, a provider turnkey dynamic driving simulators, continue their long-standing partnership using Barco projectors for the recently launched DiM250 DYNAMIC Driving Simulator.

According to Barco, VI-grade leads the way in providing best-in-class software products and revolutionary turnkey solutions for static and dynamic driving simulators. Recently they launched their new DiM250 DYNAMIC Driving Simulator, which provides automotive engineers with a complete set of innovative, integrated driving simulators for a new generation approach to system-level simulation, allowing companies to bridge the gap between testing and simulation.

“Barco has long been our preferred visual display projection partner and has supported our developments with the best-in-class projection systems to many customers. It is paramount to have a seamless, uniform image in high detail that can create an immersive experience that replicates the speed and sudden movements on the racetrack and in the everyday driving. That high quality is what Barco provides again and again and we’re pleased to say that their F70 and latest FL40-4K projectors installed on the DiM250 and DiM150 put any other projection solution in the shadows”, said Guido Bairati, VP of sales and marketing at VI-grade.

“The partnership between VI-grade and Barco has been a solid one over many years, and a deep level of trust and mutual respect has been created over this time,” said Dave Fluegeman, VP of simulation at Barco. “Being part of the dynamic automotive industry, that VI-grade represents with constant customer improvements and solutions that bridge the gap between testing and simulation, is extremely exciting. We value the trust they put in Barco projection and admire how they constantly bring driving simulator technology to the next level.”
