Vaddio finally shipped the AV Bridge Mini, first introduced at InfoComm. The AV Bridge Mini HD Audio/Video Encoder to encode, capture and stream content — Think Vaddio AV Bridge and AV Bridge Conference in a half-rack size.

The AV Bridge Mini bridges any (up to 4K @ 30fps) HDMI and audio source into soft conferencing applications such as Skype, Zoom and WebEx through the USB 3.0 interface. With the AV Bridge Mini and its RTMP capabilities, creating live streams on platforms like YouTube Live, UStream, LiveStream and Panopto is possible.

Typical applications include video conferencing, lecture capture for higher education, corporate streaming events, hard codec and soft codec rooms, as well enabling system recordings directly onto a laptop or other storage device.

The HDMI input on the AV Bridge Mini accepts 4K (2160p/30fps) signals, and encodes and scales appropriately to output simultaneous USB 3.0 and IP streaming with 1080p quality. It integrates with external DSPs by providing two balanced audio line inputs and outputs.

AV Bridge Mini is PoE powered.
