Utelogy Acquires CloudThinQ

Utelogy has announces acquisition of CloudThinQUtelogy has announced its acquisition of CloudThinQ, a provider of device management for the Enterprise workplace. CloudThinQ has developed a cloud-based enterprise IoT platform to integrate building systems into a framework for smart building experiences.

According to the company, Utelogy has seen a growth of over 280% over the last 12 months and has been focused on delivering its platform to end users, AV/UC integrators and managed services providers to remotely manage all types of UC, AV and IT devices in the modern workplace. According to Futuresource research, the AV managed service market alone is set to grow to $4.3b by 2024.
