Broomfield, Colo.—June 2, 2016—USAV, an association of leading professional audio-visual (ProAV) integrators, is excited to announce their 2016 leadership development conference today, the USAV NexGen Leadership Conference. The conference will be held September 6-8 right outside of Denver in Westminster, CO.

The conference is about developing leaders in USAV Integrator companies, leaders with the skills and perspectives required to cope with the next generation of challenges. Employee development is imperative for tomorrow’s commercial electronics industry. During the three-day conference, participants will join teams and work through a project life cycle from beginning to end. USAV partners and senior leaders from USAV’s Integrator team will facilitate sessions and highlight lessons learned along the way.

The conference planning committee (composed of the USAV executive team along with Barry Goldin, President at Unified AV Systems; Tim Hennen, President of Enterprise Sales & Engineering at IVCi; and Nathan Bohl Director of Product Management at USAV Signature Sponsor Milestone AV Technologies) has crafted a unique experience for conference attendees utilizing the concepts introduced in Joseph Pine and James Gilmore’s book The Experience Economy: Work is Theater & Every Business a Stage. They have structured a hands-on agenda with serious role-play to create a compelling and thought provoking program for participants.
