London – Lode Audio, the UK-based audio company that creates products dedicated to the Custom Installation market, has finalized the creation of a U.S. subsidiary, located in New Hampshire.

Designed and manufactured in the UK, Lode Audio’s goal is to ‘own’ High Resolution audio content delivery in the Custom Installation Industry. The United States market represents one of the largest opportunities in the world, especially considering how compelling the Lode Audio platform is across the Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Marine segments.

“I have been a successful Custom Installer in the UK for the last 20 years, and the idea for Lode Audio came to me as a solution for my best clients,” says Alex Miller. “And, I just knew there were other companies like mine around the world dealing with the issues I was with other products. But, I also knew that for Lode Audio to be successfully embraced in the U.S., we had to step up and make two commitments to the top CI guys in that market. We recently announced that Todd Sutherland joined us as Head of Sales, U.S. He is well respected by the CI channel and the top integrators know that when he brings them a product line, they should pay attention.”

Alex continues, “This second commitment is the opening of our U.S. office. I know from my own experience that a superb product is not enough to earn my confidence in presenting it to my best clients. If I were a U.S. integrator, I’d also want to know that I had timely access to product, and most importantly, local market access to world-class technical support for pre- and post-installation questions and troubleshooting. I have been friends with the senior management at Future Automation for many years, and they have very graciously opened the doors to their amazing facility in Dover, New Hampshire. There is no ownership structure between our companies, but we both see the obvious benefits and efficiencies in having our inventory and shipment logistics combined in the one location. Lode Audio inventory is arriving in NH in the coming weeks. Todd, myself and the entire team at Lode Audio are ready to earn the trust of the best integrators in the U.S. and prove to them every day that we understand the business they’re in. We plan to walk the walk and help them with everything from expedited orders, to world class support, even if our products are behaving perfectly, but they need assistance with their network or control system integration. It all has to work, and seamlessly, and we won’t rest until it does.”
