tvONE announced the shipment of its CALICO PRO 1200 video processing solution, a compact 10-bit processor designed for demanding LED and 4K60 applications.

The CALICO PRO 1200 (model C7-PRO-1200) features six 4K60 inputs and two 4K60 outputs, along with a built-in media store for background images and labels. It supports up to 16.5 million pixels across both outputs and delivers hundreds of low-latency 4K video windows with seamless performance.

The device includes a fixed I/O configuration and is designed for continuous, 24/7 operation in environments such as corporate spaces, live events, stadiums, higher education, public venues, broadcast facilities and control rooms.

tvONE says the processor was built from the ground up to streamline installation of complex Direct View LED walls and large projector edge blends. The unit allows content to be pulled from any source and mapped to any output.

The launch also includes an updated firmware version and CALICO Studio, the processor’s setup and control software. The software includes new tools to simplify LED wall deployment, such as Output Mapper, which enables repositioning sections of a display in real-world layouts, and source cropping for easier manipulation of input feeds.

Other advanced features include Input Mapper, Canvas Watch, an enhanced labeling engine, source/output rotation, keying and dissolve effects.
