MILFORD, Conn. – May 4, 2017 — Thinklogical, LLC, a global manufacturer of secure, high-performance KVM signal extension and switching systems for video-rich applications, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Belden Inc. (NYSE: BDC). Thinklogical is a portfolio company of Riverside Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm. The transaction is expected to close in second quarter of 2017, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
