This year at ISE 2018, Hogar Controls is showing off Milo, a small smart speaker that has Google Assistant built into it, but also includes Z-Wave, Zigbee, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. No separate gateway needed. Avi Rosenthal emphasizes the importance of creating a hobby into a career. For people entering the industry, Avi explains you do not have to have a technical background. An eye for aesthetics is also needed.
