I had a great weekend, working on this week’s edition of “The Week” on rAVe Radio.

I had a great discussion with Jim Smith of Polycom, who is one of the real “Road Warriors” of theTelepresence industry. Jim and I have been friends a long time, so I was able to prevail upon him (while he is on vacation, no less) to answer some of my real, down-to-earth questions about the new Unified Communications market, and what it means to all of us. I wanted to get beyond products, and talk about where the industry has been – and where its going.

Jim has a real, practical perspective on the industry, having been involved in dealer support and education for many years, and I think you’ll really enjoy seeing the business through his eyes.
