Leader Instruments Corporation has introduced a new tool for NDI signal troubleshooting and monitoring. Designed for broadcasters, production companies, systems integrators verifying network topographies, and manufacturers, the software provides a quick and simple way to check NDI streams.

NDI Checker is a browser-based software application that runs on a standard Windows PC. Once connected to a signal network, NDI Checker can display a complete list of NDI signals in the implementation, provide access to all technical parameters of individual signals, offer a confidence monitor, and generate an event log.

On a single screen, operators can instantly verify video format, bitrate, and received frames. The event log can capture up to 100,000 events, which are displayed in real time and can be exported as a CSV file for further analysis.

NDI Checker will be demonstrated at NAB Show 2025 at booth N331 in the North Hall. The event will also showcase the integration of the Leader and PHABRIX development teams, including the launch of a significant new family of video analysis and test signal generation instruments under the LeaderPhabrix brand. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore equipment for test, measurement, and monitoring of all signal types—SDI, IP, and hybrid—at resolutions up to 4K and beyond.
