Sonnet has introduced the RackMac mini (2024+), a rackmount enclosure designed to securely install up to three M4 and M4 Pro Mac mini computers in a standard 19-inch equipment rack. The enclosure also includes space beneath each computer for an external USB SSD, optimizing storage access.

Designed for server rooms and deskside equipment racks, the RackMac mini (2024+) allows Mac minis to operate without being trapped in recirculating hot air, keeping them as cool as they would be on a desk. It features firm rubber cushions that hold the computers in place during transport, making it suitable for portable racks and shallow molded rack cases.

Unlike some rackmount solutions that require users to lift the Mac mini to access the bottom-mounted power button, the RackMac mini (2024+) features front panel buttons for direct and reliable power activation.
