SnapAV launched the Neeo Remote for Control4 using the Smart Home OS 3 platform. Neeo includes macros for all streaming services, most-watched TV stations, playlists, room-level or household-level smart home scenes and more. The Neeo Remote is the first Control4 handheld remote to combine hard buttons and a touch screen.

The remote is made from machined aluminum and an edge-to-edge touchscreen. Icons on the 3-inch LCD touchscreen allow for one-touch navigation. Neeo is available in either silver or black finishes and ships with a charging station. Neeo lasts up to five days on a charge and the low-profile, weighted charging station gives it a stylish home when not in use.

Control4 Smart Home OS 3 unifies connected devices from major brands and provides a singular voice, touch and hand-held interface for the whole home. It includes the ability to use Alexa and Google Assistant (no Siri just yet). The touchscreen reduces the number of buttons on the Neeo Remote. The combination of touchscreen and buttons makes Neeo a universal remote control for entertainment —including only the most common buttons such as power, mute, volume and home.
