SNA Displays Rebuilding Circa Digital Spectacular, Planned as West Coast’s Largest Curved DOOH Display

SNA Displays is rebuilding the Circa Digital Spectacular in downtown Los Angeles, a project the company says will create the largest curved digital-out-of-home (DOOH) display on the U.S. West Coast.
Located in the city’s sports and entertainment district, the new LED display will span approximately 330 feet in length and cover 20,000 square feet of digital canvas. The upgraded design features a tighter 8mm pixel pitch and more than 55% additional pixels compared to the previous installation, also built by SNA Displays.
The Circa property and new LED platform are owned by a partnership that includes Hankey Investment Company and Jamison Services. Out-of-home media firm BIG Outdoor will operate the display as part of its Los Angeles network.
“We are very pleased to be working with our team of SNA Displays and BIG Outdoor to create an even bigger and better experience in downtown Los Angeles at Circa,” said Scott Dobbins of Hankey Investment Company.
Bill Tagliaferri, president of BIG Outdoor, said the upgraded display provides “a one-of-a-kind platform in the epicenter of the city’s sports and entertainment scene.” He added, “Circa will be the most impactful digital display in Downtown Los Angeles, perfectly positioned to capture the world’s attention during marquee moments like the FIFA World Cup in 2026, the Super Bowl in 2027 and the LA Olympics in 2028.”
The new configuration replaces three separate screens that previously wrapped the southeast corner of South Figueroa and West 12th streets. It will now form a single curved LED display with both concave and convex sections integrated into the building’s architecture. The system will measure about 330 feet wide by 60 feet high (12,580 by 2,280 pixels) and process roughly 28.7 million pixels.
“As one of SNA Displays’ most recognizable and frequently referenced LED displays, the Circa Digital Spectacular holds a special place for many of us,” said Craig Sholder, director of sales at SNA Displays. “We’re incredibly grateful to continue being a part of the transformation of the downtown Los Angeles skyline.”
Demolition and installation are being handled by P.S. Services under the supervision of Los Angeles–based project director Rasool Sayed, who also managed the original installation. The rebuilt Circa Digital Spectacular is scheduled to debut in January 2026.
