SIS Digital Changes Face Of UK’s Retail Landscape

s4averThe company behind some of the UK’s most iconic digital advertising structures is set to change the face of the UK’s retail landscape!

Solutions In Steel – whose creations include the City of London Gateway and the Portland Tower in Manchester – has launched a new, “full service” division, SIS Digital.

SIS Digital, which is headed by industry heavyweights Simon Grice and Ben Zloof, will provide a full “turnkey” service to media companies, shopping centres and retailers looking to join the digital signage revolution.

The new company, which has already won contract to install a large format digital screen for ClearChannel on London’s Cromwell Road, will not only design the structures, but also fabricate the steel, purchase the screen and, most importantly, undertake the maintenance and servicing.

Simon Grice said: “Over the last five years, Solutions In Steel has become the leading name in designing and installing iconic digital advertising structures.

“Now, with the launch of SIS Digital we have taken the business to the next level. The vast majority of our clients are outdoor media companies and leading commercial property owners.

“These include Outdoorplus, ClearChannel, Ocean Outdoor, CBS, Land Securities and TFL.

“Now we have our sights set on changing the country’s retail landscape as there is a major progression to digital screens.

“Retailers are recognising the benefit of digital signage and are now putting up large format screens in their shop widows and in shopping centres.

“There is a major progression to digital screens; retailers are able to engage and interact with customers, and change the messages at will. They have the ability to hit their target audience as and when they want to.”

Mr Grice added: “The digital signage revolution has only just begun. I travel to the Far East on a regular basis to keep an eye on developments in screen technology, so we can confidently advise our partners on the best options available to them.

“With screens getting thinner and resolution improving by the week, the market is just starting to wake up to the opportunities digital signage has to offer.”

To mark its launch, SIS Digital has launched a new, digital website – www.sis-digital.co.uk .

Mr Grice said: “We have gone for a website where our screens do the talking. There are very few words and all the information about SIS Digital is derived from the videos we have had specially commissioned.

“And to show the business has its own personality, we have even included a selection of outtakes!”

Further details about SIS Digital is available from its website, www.sis-digital.co.uk
