Simply Reliable Releases New smartOFFICE Features for CEDIA 2018

Simply Reliable announces three new, key features in smartOFFICE designed to help online business process workflow. The new features include proposal sharing, automated zero setup and data exporting. smartOFFICE, created specifically for the custom integration industry, offers simple proposal generation and approval with e-commerce for client payment collection, project management, logistic support and business intelligence to integrators.

Through smartOFFICE, manufacturer tech support and system designers can utilize Simply Reliable’s proposal sharing features to create a proposal and instantly, with the press of a button, share the proposal to the custom installer’s database. Manufacturers can create a system and share it instantly with their approved dealer. Then, the dealer can access the completed proposal by the manufacturer and implement it into the sale, create purchase orders, work orders and client invoices to complete the project.

zeroSETUP, another time saving feature exclusive to Simply Reliable’s smartOFFICE has had a major update. Custom installers can reduce up to 10 hours of data management time per month through the automated system. With smartOFFICE’s zeroSETUP, installers will automatically find most of their desired products within their database, including product data, images, and proprietary information from Simply Reliable’s exclusive laborPARADIGM, such as when to purchase, when to install, types of labor required, and the amount of labor required to install the products. Zero setup enables a new dealer to get fully up and running with smartOFFICE in just three hours. zeroSETUP now includes quickSPECS, a powerful proposal creation process designed to make it fast and easier to create proposals. quickSPECS have been designed with guidance and recommendations from such manufacturer’s as Control4, Crestron, Elan, Savant, RTI and URC.

With smartOFFICE’s latest data export feature, it’s easy to get data out of the Simply Reliable software. smartOFFICE now provides exports for contacts, products, proposals, purchase orders, invoices and more. With Simply Reliable’s Control Integration for Control4 (Ci4C4), created specifically for Control4 dealers, an exported purchase order can be imported directly into the Control4 cart to order a product quickly and efficiently.
