CUPERTINO, California — October 8, 2015 — Simple Control announced today that its popular Roomie app for control of AV gear and smart home devices has been upgraded to include new technology and repackaged as Simple Control.

Simple Control is an app-based system for control of home theater and home automation devices. This iOS app uses Wi-Fi to control devices such as TVs, cable/satellite boxes, receivers, Blu-ray players, lights and thermostats. Their complete new Simple Control system also includes Simple Sync system management software that runs on their companion Simple Hub, providing advanced features such as remote access, and adapters that allow control of older AV devices.
