Samsung Electronics America has partnered with Altitude Trampoline Park to launch a new pilot program that integrates Samsung’s display technology and cloud-native Visual eXperience Transformation (VXT) content management system across 10 U.S. locations. The initiative aims to modernize guest engagement, streamline operations and enhance safety within the family entertainment brand’s franchise network.

Welcoming thousands of visitors daily, Altitude Trampoline Park is transitioning from static signage and legacy systems to a unified digital platform combining Samsung’s 4K UHD displays, VXT CMS and CieloVision AI monitoring. The solution enables franchise owners to update branding, share information and manage safety alerts in real time.

“VXT was built for the scale and speed of today’s connected businesses,” said Heather Gramcko, executive director of solutions and services at Samsung Electronics America. “It marks the next evolution in digital display management, giving franchise operators and national brands a smarter, more strategic way to engage audiences and manage their operations. Altitude Trampoline Park is a powerful example of that vision in action.”

Inside the parks, Samsung QBC Series 65-inch 4K UHD displays are positioned throughout check-in areas, concessions and private party rooms. Powered by VXT, the digital signage system supports real-time updates to menus, promotions and event information, reducing wait times and improving communication. Franchise owners can easily schedule localized content and dayparted offers through a single cloud-based dashboard.

Samsung’s collaboration with CieloVision adds an additional layer of safety. The AI-powered monitoring system analyzes activity in trampoline zones, alerting staff to potential safety issues and improving situational awareness. “We look forward to potentially improving response time and efficiencies in our operational protocols,” said Jessica McDonald, vice president of marketing for Altitude Trampoline Park. “What excites us most is how our digital signage ecosystem connects the entire guest journey and helps us deliver the energy, safety and fun that define our brand.”

By standardizing on Samsung’s display technology and VXT platform, Altitude Trampoline Park franchise owners gain centralized control and consistent brand messaging while maintaining operational flexibility. Managers can adjust content, pricing and promotions based on foot traffic and business needs, enhancing both guest satisfaction and return on investment.

The pilot program reflects Samsung’s ongoing efforts to bring advanced display and cloud technologies to the entertainment and retail sectors. More information is available here.
