Epson’s Moverio AR glasses have been around for nearly a half-dozen years. But, with their new Mover Assist SaaS solution, integrators will have the perfect tech and remote support feature to amp-up their relationships with clients. With Moverio Assist, Epson now offers a complete, end-to-end remote assistance solution for AR smart glasses that breaks down existing barriers to getting started. Moverio Assist emphasizes practical features (video stream, two-way audio, file sharing), and provides an off-the-shelf, scalable solution for companies looking to get started today. Assist will debut at InfoComm today in booth 2129 but this videocast is a great way to understand how it all works.
Gary was joined on today’s videocast with Epson’s Moverio Techical product manager, Leon Laroue, who explains how Assist works, the benefits to the ProAV integrator and pricing model. Moverio Assist is both Windows and MacOS compatible can drive direct visual connections between an AV integrator and their in-the-field client or customer to both walk them through VISUAL tech support issues or even real-time product training.
The Moverio Assist feature is compatible with two styles of the Moverio AR-glasses, the BT-300 is – which include a front-facing camera, WiFi connectivity, a built-in microphone, speakers, Bluetooth and a 3.5mm wires input and the BT-350 with all those same features but adding an ANSI Z87.1 safety shield.
