Not only has Penny Sitler paved the way for many women in the ProAV market by being one of the first females to do marketing for an AV manufacturer, but she just spent the last year as chair of the AVIXA Women’s Council. Penny has not only spent her entire professional career in Draper‘s hometown of Spiceland, Indiana, but she has spent her whole life there.
