Rants and rAVes — Episode 670: ISE Special Podcast: HDMI 2.1 Means Cleerline Fiber Could Explode in Growth

Rants and rAVes —

In case you haven’t heard, the HDMI Alliance’s new 2.1 standard passed and it means that, unless you take HDMI over the network, you’ll likely be distributing it via fiber. Cleerline Fiber not only has a family of fiber cable, but also a test kit designed specifically for AV integrators, the SSF-TKITE-100  and a new super-thin, fishing-line-like fiber (SSF-CLEER900UM) cable that you can run along the wall that you can’t even see. Gary was joined by Cleerline’s Rick Sant, a managing partner of Cleerline Fiber and he explained the impact of HDMI 2.1 and why you should care. Cleerline is in Hall 15-P280 in the ETECHA stand at the ISE Show in Amsterdam. Listen!
