Rants and rAVes — Episode 594: InfoComm Special Videocast: The Drunk Unkles Concert Details for InfoComm
For the 12th year in a row, the industry’s most famous (and only) band will play a benefit concert during InfoComm. With the money going directly towards financing the NSCA Educational Foundation and Ignite program, the Drunk Unkles will put on a show with a 9 p.m. concert at BB King’s across the street from the Orange County Convention Center during the week of InfoComm. If you attend, you get a FREE Drunk Unkles t-shirt and you will be helping the AV industry’s high school educational program to help young talent enter the AV market.
For all the details, watch this exclusive videocast with NSCA Executive Director Chuck Wilson and Drunk Unkles co-founder Steve Emspak (of Shen, Milsom & Wilke). They talk about the band, where the money goes AND how you can get involved (and how to get a free t-shirt). They’re also auctioning off a sweet guitar (pictured below)!
