PureLink just introduced the MAX 2 line of matrix switchers with HDMI 2.0, HDBaseT 3.0, Proprietary Auto Adaptive Fiber, and 12G-SDI inputs and outputs. The MAX 2 supports Ultra HD/4K60 4:4:4 and beyond for the possibility of “seamless transition to 8K processing.”

The MAX 2 incorporates PureLink’s “Motore Don’t Blink Switching” technology. PureLink says this ensures automatic scaling and seamless transitions between different sources. The MAX 2 also “prioritizes system reliability and longevity” through its AirLift cooling system. PureLink says this patented technology regulates the temperature of components, ensuring consistent and reliable performance even under demanding conditions. The deployment of the MAX in extreme environments, such as command and control and military installations, “attests to PureLink’s commitment to providing solutions that excel in any setting.”

Dante Audio integrates into the MAX2 with the ability to couple any input or output within the frame to Dante, providing access to audio distribution. In addition, the MAX 2 is TAA compliant.
