PROLIGHTS has introduced the Astra Hybrid260IP, a hybrid moving head luminaire designed for both indoor and outdoor events. Featuring a 260W White Phosphor Laser source, it combines long-throw beam projection with wide-coverage spot capabilities. The IP65-rated construction protects against dust and water, ensuring reliable performance in all weather conditions.

The luminaire’s 165mm front lens concentrates the laser energy into a 0.6° parallel beam, producing 420,000 lux at 20 meters—outperforming many traditional discharge arc lamp beam lights in intensity and contrast. A 100× zoom range (0.6°-52°) allows smooth transitions from sharp aerial beams to expansive stage effects. Infinite Pan and Tilt rotation provide unlimited movement possibilities for dynamic lighting designs.

The Astra Hybrid260IP includes a linear CMY and CTO color mixing system with 27 color filters on dedicated wheels for precise color control. Additional effects include 12 rotating gobos, 29 static gobos, dual overlapping 8-prism wheels, and two frost filters (soft and heavy) for creating textured and atmospheric looks.

Designed for rental and touring applications, the Astra Hybrid260IP weighs 34 kg and features a magnesium alloy housing for durability. Integrated pull-out handles in the arm simplify setup and transportation. With its IP65 rating, the fixture is built for dependable operation in any venue or weather condition.
