Polycom To Acquire Wireless Telephony Company SpectraLink
Polycom announced plans to acquire SpectraLink, a Boulder, Colorado-based workplace wireless technology company. The terms are $220 million — Polycom will purchase all of the outstanding shares of SpectraLink for $11.75 per share. The acquisition is expected to be complete in the second calendar quarter.
