Peerless Industries announced last week that they had merged with BBG Distribution Ltd., a European AV distributor.   BBG will continue trading as BBG Distribution Limited and distributing the existing line up of BBG brands, but will become a subsidiary of Peerless Industries, Inc.  Gordon Dutch will remain as managing director for BBG and has joined the advisory board of Peerless in the US.
