Panasonic Connect Expands Its Higher Education Advisory Council (PHEAC)
Collaboration, engagement and knowledge sharing are core pillars for higher education institutions of all types and sizes. Implementing these pillars beyond the classroom environment, Panasonic Connect is bringing together members of the learning community for action-oriented discussions through the expansion of the Panasonic Connect Higher Education Advisory Council (PHEAC).
The PHEAC provides an opportunity for members to share their experience and knowledge in addressing the challenges and needs for their respective schools and utilize the collective expertise of the group to identify new ways of leveraging technology to improve efficiencies, student learning and engagement.
What: The PHEAC was created to foster conversations on the issues facing higher education institutions today, how to address those challenges and the role of technology in doing so. One of the main goals of the Council is to provide a diverse set of perspectives on best practices to solve educational challenges.
Who: Council members represent higher education institutions across the country, in a variety of roles focused on addressing the technology needs, applications and solutions for their respective schools.
When: Full Council meetings take place quarterly either in person or online, with the next happening in Los Angeles on July 13, 2022. Throughout the year, conversations are also facilitated via working groups and sub-committees dedicated to addressing specific issues and needs identified by council members.
“Higher education institutions are experiencing massive change as a result of digital transformation initiatives aimed at strengthening collaboration and engagement across hybrid, remote and in-person classroom environments,” said Darryl Krall, National Sales Manager for Panasonic Connect. “Bringing together the unique perspectives and expertise of those within the college and university ecosystem to understand the challenges first-hand and address them with the collective community in mind is the true strength of the Panasonic Connect Higher Education Advisory Council.”
