In continuation of its strong commitment to public art and immersive experiences, Panasonic announces its latest collaboration with CODAworx, the hub of the commissioned art economy at the center of the global movement of creative activism, through CODAsummit: Experience. This collaboration is critical in extending Panasonic’s larger initiative to showcase how projection technology is providing artists and story tellers with a new medium to showcase their talent through experiential art.

The CODAsummit: Experience will take place from April 6-8 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and demonstrate how digital art can bring existing architecture to life in downtown, urban environments. In advance of the summit, CODAworx and Panasonic opened a call for submissions for a commissioned art opportunity to showcase artwork at the event. On April 7, Panasonic will host CODAworx: The Art of Projection, where guests can view contest-winning Alessio Cassaro’s artwork on display on the exterior of the NSU Art Museum, made possible through Panasonic’s projection technology.

CODAworx: The Art of Projection will be brought to life with Panasonic’s PT-RQ50KU 3-Chip DLP SOLID SHINE Laser Projector outfitted with the ET-D3QW300 Zoom Lens. Combining native 4K resolution at 50,000 lumens of brightness, the solutions deliver vibrant, pure and powerful color reproduction providing eye-catching visuals for a truly immersive viewing experience.
