Lightpath Managed Video Service is billed as a complete video service that provides connectivity as well as encoding and decoding of digital video. The company says this has flat rate pricing. They are basically touting their fiber optic network over satellite.

Lightpath says the new service offers 100 percent fully fiber optic network, flexible bandwidth options, less than 50 ms resiliency, and 24/7 monitoring and management.
