Nureva appoints Shymmon Banerjee VP product development

CALGARY, Alberta — April 28, 2015 — Nureva Inc., an early-stage technology company, announces the appointment of Shymmon Banerjee as its vice president, product development. Shymmon is responsible for the company’s hardware and software development teams as well as its research activities. Shymmon brings over 15 years of software development experience, leading large teams on complex products in a global high tech company and is a named inventor on multiple issued and pending patents. In addition to an undergraduate degree in computer science, Shymmon has a master of business administration, both from the University of Calgary.

Shymmon’s appointment follows on the heels of Steven Vander Meulen being named VP, products. Both technology industry veterans add considerable strength to the Nureva executive team. The company continues to recruit for its executive team.
