Network Technologies Inc. (NTI) has entered the workplace environmental monitoring market with the release of its ENVIROMUX Micro Environment Monitoring System.

The system is designed to track environmental conditions including temperature, humidity, water presence, power status, intrusion and smoke. If any sensor readings fall outside user-configured thresholds, the system can send alerts via email, webpage notification, SNMP or SMS through email-to-text services.

The ENVIROMUX system includes an integrated temperature and humidity sensor, two RJ45 sensor ports for external sensors, two dry contact inputs and optional Power over Ethernet (PoE). It can operate as a standalone unit or serve as a remote IP-connected sensor for NTI’s E-2D, E-5D or E-16D systems.
