Nice has named Jeff Shaw as its new chief product officer.

Shaw brings more than 20 years of experience in product management and marketing. He previously served as head of product management for luxury solutions within the Nice Home Management Systems business unit and, before that, as vice president of control products for Nice North America.

“Jeff’s deep expertise, strategic vision, and passion for innovation make him the ideal leader to guide our product strategy,” said Emanuel Bertolini, CEO of Nice North America. “His ability to develop groundbreaking solutions that enhance user experiences aligns perfectly with our mission to simplify everyday movements and improve people’s quality of life.”

In his previous roles, Shaw helped lead the development of technologies in the smart home and building management space. He has worked on products recognized across the industry for innovation and design.

Nice said Shaw’s background in product development, marketing and business strategy will support its global expansion in the smart home and building management sectors.
