Nice Hires Danielle Karr as Marketing Director
Nice has appointed Danielle Karr as its new marketing director.
“Our goal is to ensure partners in all sectors — whether security, gate/door automation or smart home — have the best tools to communicate the value of our products,” said Mark Owen Burson, managing director of ProAV solutions and interim chief marketing officer at Nice North America. “We want our partners to confidently deliver tailored, seamless solutions that enhance the end-user experience while making their jobs easier and more efficient— marketing is key to achieving that as well as having team members like Danielle driving the evolution.”
Nice says its appointment of Danielle Karr as director in Nice North America further reinforces the company’s commitment through value-added marketing and communications, awareness and demand generation, and customized programs designed to enhance in-market initiatives. Nice says Karr brings “extensive experience from previous roles at Vivint, Control4 and Snap One, where she successfully led marketing engagement and was instrumental in the success of the Control4 Certified Showroom Program.”
“I’m thrilled to be part of Nice at such an exciting time, as we continue to innovate and expand our offerings across the smart home, security, gate, and access control sectors.” Karr said. “Our commitment is to provide integrators with the tools and support they need to succeed. The future of Nice is all about empowering our partners with comprehensive solutions that drive value and make a real impact across every market we serve.”
Key initiatives for the company include:
- Enhanced Solution Selling Support: The Nice ecosystem “enables integrators to offer scalable solutions supported by tailored marketing support, including customized campaigns and interactive tools that help showcase how Nice offerings can be seamlessly integrated into their projects.” Many of these resources are already available through the Nice Partner Portal, offering tools and materials with additional enhancements planned.
- Expanded Marketing Resources: A broader suite of customizable marketing materials designed to help integrators effectively communicate the benefits of the Nice ecosystem to a wide range of customers are under development for 2025. These assets will include digital and physical resources to support partners across business lines, emphasizing flexibility, ease of installation and long-term benefits.
- Focused Training and Education: Partners can expect expanded educational programs through Nice University and other initiatives that will equip them with the knowledge and tools to deliver exceptional service and stay ahead of market trends.
