New Fohnn Gallery Can Do Immersive Audio Installs Up to 128 Channels
Fohhn Audio AG announced it’s now able to offer complete solutions for immersive audio applications like three-dimensional sound worlds and complex multi-channel projects. In addition to the Fohhn loudspeaker systems, the company says its immersive solutions include a new processor with AI-based software dubbed the Fohhn Gallery. The Fohhn Gallery processor can be installed on a 19-inch rack-mountable server that can be operated without a separate PC and enables the control, placement and movement of audio objects and live inputs in the room.
Input and output audio formats include everything from binaural headphone playback to 5.1, Dolby Atmos, IMAX 3D and even full-dome immersive environments with up to 128 channels. For connectivity to Fohhn amplifiers, the server is equipped with a Dante interface and supports the OSC and EMBER+ remote control protocols.
