New AC-360 From MXL Aims to Become the Only UCC Microphone You Need

At InfoComm 2019 next month, MXL Microphones will debut its new universal USB-powered, table-top Web conferencing microphone, the MXL AC-360 in booth 3725. The AC-360 is a step-up from its predecessor, the AC-360-Z, which MXL says was co-designed with engineers from Zoom Video Communications to be a preferred hardware selection for Zoom Rooms and Zoom Meetings software. The AC-360 is now universally compatible with every top video software codec on the market including GoToMeeting, Skype+Teams, Zoom, Lifesize, Cisco Webex and adds USB-C.

The MXL AC-360 uses twelve internal microphone capsules, divided into four quadrants, to create a microphone-array that’s 360 degrees within a 25-foot radius, without reliance on any additional equipment — no external DSP. The AC-360 is compatible with any Mac or PC device through USB connectivity or without needing to download any drivers. Each quadrant of the AC-360 acts as an independent device for optimal performance and fidelity and each AC-360 microphone ships with a complete installation kit including cables and mounting options.

It’s here.
