NetSpeek Announces Lena, Gen AI for ProAV

NetSpeek, a generative AI innovator in the ProAV space, has announced Lena, the world’s first Language Enabled Network Administrator built specifically to support ProAV and UC network operations. Lena automates multiple areas of installation, troubleshooting and reporting, providing organizations an intelligent solution when operating complex, multi-vendor technology ecosystems.

As a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, NetSpeek’s Lena is designed to help organizations scale and efficiently operate their collaboration and communication infrastructure. Lena can integrate with the majority of technologies commonly found in today’s collaborative ProAV spaces and can be leveraged as a complete solution or in parallel with other remote monitoring and management platforms.

“What I often hear from CIOs is that despite organizational scale, what keeps them up at night is getting a call from a fellow executive who is unable to get a room to work,” says Sam Kennedy, EVP of GTM Strategy at NetSpeek. “Collaboration needs are no longer a nice-to-have but a hard requirement for how we work. The technology needs to be functioning correctly — always.”

NetSpeek designed Lena to deliver the expertise to support the ever-changing collaboration environments of today while ensuring the security and focus required for a vertically integrated AI, along with the flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each deployment.

“There is no doubt that generative AI will soon be infused into most aspects of most organizations,” said Erik DeGiorgi, CEO at NetSpeek. “We are excited for our launch and with the incredible depth of industry experience on our team, we expect NetSpeek to stand out as a leader in Gen AI in Pro AV.”

NetSpeek will be demonstrating Lena at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in Barcelona, Spain, beginning Feb. 4, 2025. To learn more about Lena please visit www.netspeek.com.
