New York, NY – June 11, 2013 – MultiTouch Ltd., the world leader in modular multi-touch LCD screens for large-scale displays, has announced the use of its cutting-edge technology in a stunning installation for Bloomberg’s offices in New York. The digital kiosk, or The Hub, uses the world’s most sophisticated interactive multi-touch technology to transform Bloomberg’s lobby area, making for a more dynamic and engaging space.

Realized by Engage Production Ltd., a leading London firm of specialists in interactive technologies for branded environments, The Hub displays live Bloomberg data, topical news and messages on an interactive, multitouch table – a 55” MultiTaction Cell display manufactured by MultiTouch Ltd. Standing on a pedestal made up of several tubular lights which change color in response to the color of the content displayed on the surface, The Hub is accessible from all sides. The MultiTaction Cell processes an unlimited number of concurrent touches so that any number of users around The Hub can operate it. The device runs MultiTouch’s latest Hybrid Tacking firmware that repels ambient light which can cause interference.
