Overland Park, Kan. – August 20, 2018 – MSE Audio, parent company of SoundTube Entertainment, Soundsphere, dARTS, Phase Technology, Induction Dynamics, SolidDrive and Rockustics, announces the Rockustics Cherry Bomb, which will debut at CEDIA 2018 in booth 5313.
Designed to blend into existing landscaping, the Rockustics’ Cherry Bomb features a patented design with incredible audio quality and durability in one unit. By including the subwoofer in the same cabinet that houses the midrange and tweeter, the Cherry Bomb provides exceptional full-range sound without running into the typical phasing issues you have when installing a sub in a different location from the other speakers in a traditional system. This makes installation much faster, easier, and provides cleaner, more accurate sound once installed.
“The Cherry Bomb provides full-frequency outdoor performance from one unit,” said Jonathan Duran, Director of Residential Sales and Marketing for MSE Audio. “The Cherry Bomb keeps the phase matched anywhere outdoors, ensuring the listener is always equidistant from the low and high frequency sources. We invite those attending CEDIA 2018 to visit MSE Audio and experience the Cherry Bomb firsthand.”
The Cherry Bomb is a fully weather-proof three-way, direct-burial speaker designed to blend into outdoor landscaping without compromising audio quality. Featuring a 10-year warranty, Cherry Bomb’s patented three-way design includes a 5” double-chamber, band-pass subwoofer, a 4” woofer and a .75” tweeter all in one. Ideal for outdoor pool areas, patios and courtyards, residential backyards and outdoor venues, the Cherry Bomb is an 8 Ohm speaker with a frequency response of 42 Hz – 22 kHz, and a maximum program power of 100 watts.
