Mitsubishi Debuts XD221U Aimed at Teachers
The new 7-pound, 2300 ANSI lumen XGA (1024×768) resolution XD221U DLP-based projector claims to be only 26 dba (that’s quiet) and they even say it has a 4000-hour lamp. Aimed at the educational market, Mitsubishi says you can’t even hear it when the fan is on in most rooms. It’s filter-free, has closed-captioning, features DLP’s new BrilliantColor technology, is networkable and is priced at about $1500 list.
