Mimo FlashCast Integrates With Raptor Connect to Improve School Safety Alerts

Mimo has introduced an integration that links its FlashCast visual alert platform with Raptor Technologies’ Emergency Management software, enabling schools to display emergency notifications automatically across campus screens. The API connection allows alerts — such as emergency messages and panic button activations — triggered in Raptor’s system to appear instantly on FlashCast devices without additional manual steps.
According to Mimo, the integration is designed to simplify safety workflows and improve how critical information reaches staff, students and visitors in real time. “Integrating with Raptor Alert reflects our ongoing commitment to improving safety communication through reliable, real-time visual alerts,” said David Anderson, founder and CEO of Mimo. “This collaboration removes barriers between systems, helping schools and organizations respond faster during emergencies while simplifying how they manage alerts day to day.”
The development aligns with backend enhancements Mimo had already planned to its API, ensuring compatibility with Raptor’s requirements and supporting long-term scalability. The integration is now verified, allowing both systems to exchange data seamlessly and reducing the need for redundant postings during rapidly evolving situations.
Chris Noell, chief product officer at Raptor Technologies, said the partnership expands the capabilities available to K–12 customers. “We’re pleased to have Mimo as an official Raptor integration partner, expanding the reach of our platform and giving schools even more tools to strengthen communication and protect their communities,” he said.
In addition to the integration, Mimo will serve as a Silver Sponsor of the 2025 Raptor SchoolSAFE Conference, scheduled for Nov. 4–6 at the Fort Worth Omni Hotel. The event will bring together education leaders, safety specialists and technology partners focused on advancing school safety initiatives.
