Microvision unveiled the pre-production version of its laser display solution for mobile devices at Macworld in San Francisco. A 25% size reduction over Microvision’s SHOW prototype, the SHOW WX combines ultra-thin pocket-sized projection with style.  It is nice looking!  It’s WVGA (848 x 480) resolution, wide-screen and it’s in a product category that’s exploding – although only 10 lumens (yes, you read that right).

Although most wouldn’t see this as a ProAV product, keep in mind that there will soon be a lot of traveling presenters that will be presenting via the iPhone or another smart phone rather than a laptop. Trust us; it’s coming.
