Metra Home Theater Group Intros Helios DisplayPort Cables
Metra Home Theater Group (MHTG) is debuting a new series of Helios DisplayPort cables that support video resolutions up to 8K. The cables will be available in lengths of 3 feet (AS-DP-3003), 6 feet (AS-DP-3006) and 9 feet (AS-DP-3009).
The Helios cables work with video resolutions ranging from HD (1920×1080@60Hz, 120Hz, 144Hz, 165Hz) to 8K (7680×4320 @ 60Hz, 10-bit color, RGB 4:4:4, HDR, DSC) and support the highest quality audio pass-through for digital 7.1, 5.1 or 2 channels and are also designed to facilitate multi-monitor configuration with a Display Port 1.4 cable as well as backward compatibility with a DisplayPort 1.2 cable.
