Matrox Video is now shipping the Mura DVW 1.1, an IP-based distributed video wall processor. Designed for scalable video wall deployments, the Mura DVW integrates computing, networking, video decoding and graphics processing into a single unit. It is aimed at control rooms, operations centers and digital signage applications.

What’s new with Mura DVW 1.1:

• MuraControl Web: A fully browser-based video wall management tool is now built in, allowing users to build, select and control layouts more easily—without local software installation.
• Enhanced Web Source Support: Users can display dashboards directly on the video wall using only the DVW appliance, eliminating the need for external media servers.
• Expanded IP Decoding Capability: Improved support for H.264 and H.265 streams enables more efficient, high-quality video decoding and playback.
