Matrix Integration, an IT solutions provider for more businesses and schools in Indiana, Kentucky and beyond, has announced the acquisition of Cornwell Communications, Inc. of Bloomington, Indiana. This will be the fourth location for Matrix Integration, which also has offices in Jasper, Indiana; Fishers, Indiana; and Louisville, Kentucky.

Matrix Integration plans to expand the offerings of the Bloomington office to provide clients with integrated IT capabilities, such as managed IT services, security, networking, data center and end user computing, as well as expanded unified collaboration solutions.

Tom Cornwell, CEO of Cornwell Communications, will consult with Matrix Integration to ensure a smooth transition for Cornwell employees and customers.
