Former Crestron executive and CEO of Neowit Patrick Edwards, and former Sales Director of Neowit, Henrik Andersen, have joined forces with serial entrepreneur Ola Rogndokken to create Occulights.
The new venture offers intelligent sensors and occupancy lights outside of meeting rooms, several leading Nordic AV integrators has already signed as partners, and the company is fast gaining traction.
Making Waves with Sensor & Occupancy Lights.
Occulights is addressing a key trend in modern workspaces: the rise of small ad-hoc meeting rooms, designed for drop-in use rather than traditional, bookable spaces. These smaller, flexible rooms are becoming essential for individuals and teams that need to collaborate on the fly. Or for the ones who simply needs a room to do focused work away from the noise of the open landscape office.
Occulights’ offering is its Multi-sensor and Light indicator, delivering an out-of-the-box kit that allows businesses to optimize space and reduce interruptions in the workplace. The system provides utilization data and open API for sustainable, and data driven decision-making.
“Our solution and roadmap fit perfectly to the growing need for ad-hoc spaces, providing businesses with an easy-to-implement, out-of-the-box solution comments Henrik Andersen.
“Occulights makes life easier for the users finding available ad-hoc rooms and helps avoding interruptions during meetings, provides data and analytics for the management and more revenue for the integrators” Comments: Patrick Edwards
With a network of Nordic partners already established, Occulights is gearing up for its next phase of growth.
