Logitech Intros Kits for Zoom Rooms

The Logitech Tap (a development partnership between Extron and Logitech) touch controller and Logitech conference cameras (MeetUp, Rally and Rally Plus) will now support single-SKU bundles that include all the core components needed to deploy Zoom Rooms for huddle rooms and large conference rooms. These kits will include Logitech Tap and an Intel NUC i5 Core Windows IoT compute that is pre-configured to run Zoom Rooms out of the box.

The bundles will include an Intel NUC PC that runs both the Zoom Rooms and Zoom Room Controller software, providing room administrators with a single device to manage. Logitech Tap connects to the NUC PC via USB for data and is not dependent on a network PoE or battery for power. And with the pre-configured appliance, Zoom Rooms can run out of the box.

Here they are:

  • Small Room Bundle: Designed for huddle spaces, and small conference rooms seating 2-6 people, Logitech’s small room bundle for Zoom Rooms provides a cost-effective way to deploy video-enabled collaborative spaces. The speaker, mic and camera are all combined into a single component.
  • Medium Room Bundle: Designed for mid-size conference rooms seating about 7-12 people, the medium room bundle includes a Logitech Rally Camera for enhanced pan/tilt/zoom capabilities and a mic pod and speaker for a better audio experience.
  • Large Room Bundle: Designed for large conference rooms seating about 12-20 people, the large room bundle includes the Logitech Rally Camera, two mic pods, and two speakers. Customizable mic-array and speakers, beyond the ones included in the bundle, can be added-on to address all room sizes and preferred configurations.
