Logitech announced this month the next generation of its line of Harmony remotes, the Logitech Harmony Touch. The Logitech Harmony Touch lets the end user or integrator add, remove and re-order up to 50 favorite channel icons from a cable or satellite provider right on the 2.4-inch color touch screen. After online setup, a user can access all of his/her favorite channels with a tap, swipe or scroll.
Logitech says the Harmony Touch is compatible with more than 225,000 home-entertainment devices and more than 5,000 brands, and it can control as many as 15 devices. It has back-lit buttons and comes with a charging station.
The Harmony Touch has a suggested list price of $249.99 and will be available in the U.S. and Europe this month.
