Live Media Group has appointed Ryan Jones as Senior Vice President of Internal Operations, effective Jan. 1, 2025. Reporting to President Michael Sullivan, Jones will focus on optimizing internal processes and supporting the company’s position in the live event production industry. Jones brings nearly 20 years of experience in engineering, operations, and management.

Jones’ appointment aligns with Live Media Group’s growth in the sports and entertainment markets, marked by recent upgrades to its production truck fleet and new control rooms at its Nashville office, home to the TNDV entertainment division. Last year, the company launched GameTime Productions, a dedicated live event production team. Jones’ expertise in systems integration and operational leadership is expected to help sustain this momentum.

Previously, Jones spent 19 years at NEP Group, most recently as Director of Systems Integration. In his new role, he will oversee internal processes, manage truck maintenance and new builds, and lead major system integration projects. He will also develop budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while contributing to the company’s senior strategy team.

“Live Media Group’s commitment to innovation and hard work resonates with me,” Jones said. “I’m excited to bring my skills in systems integration and engineering to this dynamic team. The company’s momentum is evident, and I look forward to working across departments to align with its goals and deliver exceptional service.”

Michael Sullivan praised Jones’ technical and leadership skills, noting, “Ryan’s expertise in engineering, systems integration, and project management makes him a perfect fit for this role. His leadership and ability to inspire others align with our team culture and long-term vision. I’m confident he will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting our growth.”
