Listen Technologies has promoted Kasey Kaumans to market development manager. In his new role, Kaumans will continue to strengthen the company’s partnerships with consultants and end users while identifying growth opportunities in adjacent markets. He reports to Mikey Shaffer, senior director of sales at Listen Technologies.

Kaumans has spent his entire career at Listen Technologies, most recently serving as regional sales manager for the East Coast. He has built strong relationships with customers and partners and has played a key role in establishing Listen Technologies as a leader in assistive listening and communication solutions across multiple industries.

“During Kasey’s 18 years with Listen Technologies, he has consistently built strong relationships that foster collaboration and growth,” Shaffer said. “In this role, Kasey will extend Listen’s support of our consultant and end-user communities to create a more accessible world through our communication solutions portfolio.”

Kaumans is an advocate for accessibility and is committed to helping customers provide exceptional audio experiences for all users. He monitors industry trends and anticipates the needs of individuals who are hard of hearing or may struggle to hear in public spaces. As market development manager, he will work with product management to ensure Listen Technologies’ solutions align with customer needs.
