Listen Technologies has appointed David Serpa as its new financial controller, bringing extensive experience in accounting, finance and international trade strategy. He will oversee accounting operations, analyze financial data, ensure compliance with regulations and manage accounting records. Serpa will report to Maile Keone, president and CEO of Listen Technologies and Ampetronic.

Keone said Serpa has a strong track record leading finance and accounting teams at multinational organizations and will help Listen Technologies streamline its operations and drive fiscal performance. “He will be instrumental in helping Listen Technologies streamline its accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance and drive fiscal performance as the company continues to grow.”

Serpa previously served as director of finance and corporate treasury at a direct sales organization. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
