Liberty AV Solutions To Showcase Teleportivity, the Instant Information and Live Video Help Desk Platform InfoComm 2019

ORLANDO, FL – June 10, 2019 (InfoComm 2019) WESCO subsidiary Liberty AV Solutions has entered into an agreement with Teleportivity to be the exclusive U.S. distributor of its cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) video-based platform, which allows integrators to provide face-to-face technical support conversations from remote locations. Liberty AV will demonstrate the platform in its booth (#2021) during InfoComm, June 12-14, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

“A large portion of the service calls integrators receive are user-related and require some form of on-site diagnosis,” said Ed Jankowski, Liberty AV Solutions. “Rather than deploy a service technician to the location, integrators can use the Teleportivity platform to interact with a customer, provide live support, and solve issues from any location around the world.”

Teleportivity also uses QR and SmarTag NFC codes that can unlock access for the customer to self-guided resources, including tutorial videos and instructions.

The Teleportivity video platform could also be used at information stations in malls, airports, universities, hotels, meeting rooms, classrooms, in warehouses to give people an option to ask a question, find directions or gather other information. It can be deployed in a kiosk setting or on individual mobile devices.
